A screenwriter in New York City, Sawyer Petrick has worked as a writer for Whole Picture Films, where he consulted on the script for episode 1 of the web series The Look and wrote episode 2 of the series. He also consulted on the script for a feature film called The Speech. In addition to his television and film experience, Sawyer Petrick received an EBS certificate from New York Bartending School and has worked in Bryant Park Grill and Union Square Café. In his bar back roles, he filled drinks for customers and communicated effectively with guests and fellow employees.

He also received accolades for his senior capstone screenplay, The Newsboy Racket, which earned an A and high honors distinction. During college, Mr. Petrick gained experience as a special projects intern at ARK Restaurant Group, performing administrative duties and monitoring daily income projections across seven local bars and restaurants.
